Preferred Concert Seating
When Kenny is appearing on the road, the Kenny Loggins Connection will be selling an allotment of concert tickets directly to their Fan Community members, either directly through our site or via venue/Ticketmaster Pre-sales. Members of the Kenny Loggins Connection will be offered these direct sale tickets in advance of the general public whenever possible. Tickets purchased through The KL Connection web site are processed via our PayPal account.
Your membership must be valid at the time of the concert performance in order to purchase preferred tickets.
In order to accommodate as many members as possible, your membership entitles you to purchase one (1) pair of tickets only for each show. You may not purchase more than one membership in your name in order to obtain additional tickets. Tickets will be listed under the first and last name of the member only, and duplicate orders and/or memberships will be canceled.
Advance purchase and/or preferred tickets are NOT guaranteed. The KL Connection Staff will make every effort to alert all members well in advance of ticketing opportunities; however, it is the sole responsibility of each member to purchase their own tickets. We are not responsible for your inability to purchase pre-sale or preferred tickets held for our members.
Preferred tickets are an exclusive benefit for KL Connection Members only and cannot be resold, traded or given to brokering agencies for profit. Members violating this rule are subject to having their membership revoked.
Advance notification of on-sale dates will be sent by email. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and a set number will be held for each show. Tickets are held until our section hold sells out or until a cut-off date determined by the seller, whichever comes first.
The KL Connection is not responsible for any delay or failure to provide ticket purchase information where such delay or failure is due to causes outside of our control, including but not limited to failure of a particular venue or management to make materials available in a timely manner. Regardless of any promises, statements or representations made to you, any such failure or delay will not entitle you to any credit or refund of fees.
Whenever possible, we will have tickets for every show. However, there is no preferred seating at general admission shows. When reserved seating applies, tickets are generally within the first ten rows. Whenever possible, we will give you the general parameters of the fan club ticket hold at each venue. We cannot give you the exact row and seat numbers for individual ticket orders placed via our online store until approximately two weeks before the date of the concert. Seating for tickets purchased from venue or Ticketmaster pre-sales are assigned at point-of-purchase.

Seating for concerts sold through our site are assigned by the Seniority System (members who have been in the Kenny Loggins Fan Club the longest -- without lapses in annual membership will receive the closest seats.)
For tickets purchased through our site, you will receive an official email confirmation from us approximately two weeks before the date of the concert with instructions on how to pick up your tickets (generally at venue Will Call the night of the performance). This will also include your seating assignment, when possible.
Ticket brokers may not join the Kenny Loggins Connection. If a member is found selling tickets for profit to any party, his/her membership will be voided without refund of the membership fee.
All ticket orders must be placed in the name of the corresponding fan club member. If we discover that an order has been placed in another person's name, we reserve the right to revoke the membership and cancel the ticket order. If you are found to be, or we in good faith believe you are reselling, trading or brokering tickets for profit that you purchased through our site or KL Connection exclusive pre-sales, we may at our sole discretion cancel all or part of your ticket order and all or part of other pending orders in your name and/or put all or part of your orders and all or part of your other pending orders in your name at will-call for pick-up only by you. If we cancel your tickets, a refund of the total face value of the tickets minus a $7 per ticket processing fee will be issued to the card used to place the order. No other service, processing or shipping fees charged at the time of purchase will be refunded.
To purchase tickets on sale in the KL Connection, please go to the Tickets On Sale Now area. A nominal processing fee will be applied to your order. For tickets made available via venue or Ticketmaster pre-sales, payments should be made at point-of-purchase.
If you have purchased tickets directly through the KL Connection online web site you will also receive an email confirmation approximately one to two weeks prior to the date of the concert; this email will include your name, the date of the concert, the venue name, city and state.
For tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster or venue box offices, your confirmation will be handled at point-of-purchase.
You must present PHOTO I.D. at the time of picking up your tickets at Will-Call at the concert venue. We suggest you also bring along a copy of your receipt. Your receipt does not replace the necessity of presenting your Photo I.D.Picking Up Tickets
Tickets purchased directly from the KL Connection are not sent to you through the mail and are left at Will Call to ensure that only fan members are receiving preferred concert tickets.
To pick up tickets purchased through our web site, please bring your confirmation email and photo I.D. to the Will-Call window at the box office of the venue. Tickets are generally available approximately 1.5 hrs before the concert starting time on the night of the show - no earlier.
Please inform the box office personnel that you are on the Kenny Loggins Fan Club Will Call List. All sales are final after the date of purchase. Tickets are nontransferable.
Cancelled/Postponed or Relocated Shows
Concerts or events are occasionally cancelled, postponed or relocated by the promoter, venue or artist. Should this occur, we will post information on the web site and also send you an email (if time permits) notifying you of the cancellation/postponement/relocation.
If the show is cancelled, and you purchased your tickets from our online store, you will receive a refund of the face value of the tickets and the facility fee (if applicable). For tickets purchased elsewhere, please contact the vendor directly for refund information.
If the event was not cancelled but was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoters', or venues', instructions or deadlines. The decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange may be at the promoters' or venues' discretion.
Please note that if you purchase a fan club membership or merchandise at the time of your ticket purchase, and the show is canceled, you will be refunded for the ticket portion of the order only. Fan Club Memberships are non-refundable.
