Members will be notified via email in advance of their expiration date, with a reminder to renew via PayPal. Automatic renewal is available as a purchase option upon joining/renewing. You will need to select the "Subscription" option prior to completing your payment - no accounts will be automatically renewed without your knowledge or authorization.

You may verify your current membership renewal/expiration date at any time by visiting your Profile Page and clicking on the Membership tab. You are free to renew your membership at any time; directly from your Membership Profile Tab.

If you have lost your user name or password, you may obtain a new one by using the Forgot Login? link on our web site. You must ensure that you have a valid email address entered into the system in order to receive the email reminder that will be sent to you.

All transactions for ticketing and memberships will be handled through our PAYPAL account. Paypal enables you to purchase by credit card or electronic check with complete confidence that your private information remains private. However, if for some reason you have no means of purchasing your membership this way, please Contact Us for instructions on how you may obtain membership by money order.

Meet and Greets will be held throughout the touring season as Kenny's schedule permits.  Fan Club members will be chosen by random drawing for each venue at which a Meet & Greet is available.

Random Drawings will be announced soon as we receive authorization from management on Meet and Greet venue locations. You will receive announcements of current and upcoming Meet & Greet Drawings via em from the KL Connection with complete details on how to participate.

Passes will be limited to one (1) pair per member, per membership year (not calendar year) for standard concert meet & greets. Due to high demand, we may not be able to grant this opportunity to all of our members.

Special KL Connection sanctioned events such as fan get-togethers, XM radio or other special events containing meet & greets, will be handled separately and will not affect your chance to win backstage concert passes as part of your annual membership.

KL Connection members will also have opportunities to enter special contests and giveaways for prizes such as merchandise, autographs and potential special events access. In the event of special contests and giveaways, relevant rules will be posted.

For venue seating on sale directly through our KL Connection site, yes, your seniority will determine your seating location. However, for tickets purchased directly through venue pre-sale events, your seating will be determined at point-of-purchase.
