We have reserved what we consider good seats for Kenny Loggins Connection members. While not everyone will be placed in the first few rows from the stage, we have made every attempt to reserve the best available seats.
Seating for tickets purchased from venue or Ticketmaster pre-sales are assigned at point-of-purchase. Seating for concerts sold directly through our KL Connection web site are assigned by the Seniority System.
Two tickets per member, per show.
When reserved seating applies, tickets are generally within the first ten rows. Whenever possible, we will give you the general parameters of the fan club ticket hold at each venue and provide a seating chart; you may also check the venue's web site for seating information. However, we cannot give you the exact row and seat numbers for individual ticket orders placed through our online store until approximately 2 weeks before the concert date.

KL Connection Pre-Sales dates are determined by the Tour Promoter/Venues and may take place several months prior to the actual concert date. We advise that you keep an eye on KL Connection Email blasts and our web site for upcoming pre-sale opportunities so you won't miss out!
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis; two tickets per member per venue. Tickets are held until they are sold out or until a cut-off date determined by the seller.
Tickets purchased directly from the KL Connection are not sent to you through the mail and are left at Will Call to ensure that only fan members are receiving preferred concert tickets.
To pick up tickets purchased through our web site, please bring your confirmation email and photo I.D. to the Will-Call window at the box office of the venue. Tickets are generally available approximately 1.5 hrs before the concert starting time on the night of the show - no earlier.
Please inform the box office personnel that you are on the Kenny Loggins Fan Club Will Call List.
All sales are final after the date of purchase. Tickets are nontransferable.

Face Value of a Ticket
The face value of a ticket is determined by the promoter, venue or artist and is the actual price of a ticket.
Facility or Restoration Fee
The facility or restoration fee varies from venue to venue and not all venues charge a facility or restoration fee. The KL Connection remits this fee along with the face value of the ticket to the promoter or venue box office when purchasing the fan club tickets. The fan club does not retain the facility or restoration fee.
Processing Fee
The order processing fee covers the cost to fulfill your ticket request when you purchase your tickets. This charge includes services such as taking and maintaining your order in our ticketing system and coordination with the venue box office will call for ticket pickup by the fan club member the night of the show.
